The missions were mainly to promote and communicate about events happening in the place, either internal or external ways. From ideas in a meeting to a final printed product, I was in charge of the graphic design department (in charge for a year and then assisting my new manager for six months).
I had the chances to learn a lot and also experiment with the printing processes, in particular with artist projects, and helped out with indoor scenography in different exhibits. The tasks were similar but punctuated with big projects and external needs.
Mainly tasks:
→ promoting workshops and dinners through printed banners and flyers
→ taking care of the Instagram, creating and scheduling posts
→ printing menus for our restaurant, and changing it through the different seasons
Other tasks:
→ printing high quality Picture for a photography exhibition
→ developing contents and design charts for. “Museum nacht”
→ helping out with some printing for a garments exhibition
Extra:
→ for about 8 months, we (with the communication team) were in full charge of the social media and campaigns launched for events including: planning, photographs, posts, copywriter, archives and feedback sessions.
